Last Nights Savings :)


**I price matched most at Walmart**

* 0.97 each for the Cascade. I made 0.03 each, so I had 0.27 toward the rest of my purchase.

* $1.00 each for the Crest. I used the $1.00 off Crest coupon & got these FREE!!

* 0.99 each for the Dawn. I used 0.50 off coupon, making these 0.49 each.

* $2.97 each for the reg. size Scope. I used 0.75 off coupons, making these $2.22 each.

*2/$7.98 each for the huge Scope bottles. I used 0.75 off coupons, making these $3.24 each.

*$2.97 each for the Febreeze Warmers. I used $3.00 off coupons, making me 0.03 each one

*0.97 each Old Spice Body Wash
*$3.97 each Old Spice Deodrant
^ I used the $1.00 off 2 Old Spice Coupons as well as the Buy the body wash, get the deodorant free coupons. I bought trial size body wash & got full size deodrant free. That made these just 0.25 each!!!

*0.99 each Sinful Colors nail polish.

**I had $5.00 in Register Rewards as well**

Price after it's all said & done: $17.09
Percentage Saved: 85%!!!

* .97 each for the Cascade. I had $1.00 off coupons, which means they paid me .03 to buy these ;)
*$5.94 each for the Tide. These normally run $8.94 each. CVS was doing a deal if you buy $30.00 worth, you get a $10.00 gas gift card.

How it broke down:
Price before coupons: $148.48
Price after it's all said & done: $29.58
Percentage Saved: 80%!

Feeding my family for the month

I tried something a little different this month....this is what I did....

I should also tell you that I had not been grocery shopping in over 3 weeks. (picking up bread and milk does not count as a grocery trip. :)
  • I made out a menu of 20 meals (enough for a month , Sunday - Thursday...I do not cook on Friday or Saturday)
  • Made out a grocery list of items needed for those 20 meals. I only wrote down what I needed to purchase. (I had several items in stock at home.)
  • I also went though the sales paper and picked out any additional items I wanted to purchase with my coupons.
    • Here are A FEW of those deals:

      • Fab (50 oz) for $1.74 each (Regular $4.48)
      • Lays Chips for $1.25 each (Regular $2.50)
