In today’s Tampa Tribune Business section there is an article about Target shortchanging coupon users. This has been occurring since August. Their store policy is not to reduce to credit. So free is the best you can do. So, if you are getting yogurt where you have to purchase 8 to get $1 off, they are applying that discount to the cost of one single yogurt which costs 39 cents and shorting you 61 cents. They have been instructed to pay close attention to coupons until the problem is fixed. If you have been shortchanged take your receipts to the store and they will be handled on a case by case basis.
